Map Retirement provides promotional items free of charge for team members. While these items have no cash value, we want to ensure they arrive as intended.

Missing, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with an item missing, faulty, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the email address below.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order details (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (where applicable)

Replacements

Upon review, we may arrange a replacement at our discretion. Replacement items are provided free of charge and subject to availability.

No Returns Required

In most cases, you will not be required to return the original item.
